Starting just outside of Denver, CO we set out on our journey. My fellow adventurers planned to go all the way and walk 500 miles to Durango. I completed the first leg, walking 100 miles over six days to Breckenridge, CO. You look at the world differently after a trip like this. Connecting to nature on this level makes you hyper-present and gives you mental space to think and process. When I arrived to Breckenridge, I was a better man than the one who left Denver.
